Welcome to Pediatric Dental Associates! In order to provide your children exceptional dental care, we have put together some office guidelines to ensure your experience goes smoothly.

  • New Patients

    We are a referral-only office and currently are not accepting new patients for regular care.

    If your child has been referred to our office by your dentist, we will try to book your child for a consultation appointment as soon as possible. Please be aware that no treatment will be rendered during this first consultation appointment.

  • Appointment Policy

    It is important that patients arrive on time for their appointment so that we can give your child the best care possible. Patients arriving late for their appointments may have to be rescheduled for another day.

    If you are unable to make your appointment or unable to give 24 hours’ notice for an appointment cancellation, a $100 charge may be assessed that must be paid prior to making any further appointments. In our endeavor to serve families in a timely manner, repeat no shows, last-minute cancellations, or late appointments may result in patient dismissal.

  • Fees, Insurance, and Billing

    Our fees reflect that we are a certified pediatric specialist office. Full payment is due at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, our office will file with your insurance company for treatment provided. We will not accept payment from your insurance company. The parent or guardian accompanying the patient is responsible for payment. Treatment estimates will be presented prior to services being rendered.

    We accept families eligible for Healthy Kids and First Nations Non-Insured Health Benefits.
